Indication:
Fezolinetant is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms due to menopause.

Dosage & Administration:
A single 45 mg Fezolinetant tablet orally once daily with or without food.
While using Fezolinetant, the patient should perform follow-up hepatic laboratory tests monthly for the first 3 months, at 6 months, and 9 months after initiation of therapy or when signs or symptoms suggest liver injury.

Pediatric use: Safety and effectiveness in individuals under 18 years have not been established. Geriatric use: Limited data are available for women over 65 years of age.

Take the missed dose as soon as possible unless there are less than 12 hours before the next scheduled dose. Do not take two doses together.
